Properties provides a facilities planning and management service that supports the University's programs and enhances campus life. Properties is responsible for the strategic forward planning, conceptualisation, procurement, renovation, alteration, management, operation and maintenance of the physical facilities on the campuses at Bentley, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Northam, Perth City and Shenton Park as well as various leased properties.
