Maintenance provides the servicing of facilities that is necessary for the teaching, research and administration of the University. Maintenance Services also deliver the maintenance program for an appropriate, fully functional, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable environment for all students, academic staff, general staff, visitors and commercial organisations. Assistance is also provided on new capital installations in relation to mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Maintenance operate a 24 hour call out service to meet the after hours needs of the University.
