CARDAX is a building access control system, which Curtin Security uses to grant access, monitor building entrances and monitor students, staff and visitors.
- If you are a new staff member or student, you must fill in a CARDAX - Electronic Building Access Request Form and obtain an authorising signature from Section Head/Manager or Lecturer. Application forms may then be delivered by hand, mail or fax to the Cardax office in Building 115.
- If your Cardax access card is lost or stolen, a new card can be obtained from Student Services, Central Administration Building 101 at a cost of $15.00. If your Cardax access card has to be replaced due to wear and tear there is no cost.
